Training
All horse that are enlisted in the training
program are treated as if they were one of my
own. They get individual attention that not
only consists of training but of love and
patience. Horses are ridden in a round pen,
arena, field with other horses, and on
mountain trails. I expose your horse to as
much as possible while they are in training. A
solid foundation is the basis of my training
program.
Horses entering my training program
MUST be up to date on the following:

  • Coggins
  • Worming

This is for your horses protection as well
as the horses already stabled at my barn.

Rate: $450/30 days
Includes:  Daily grain & hay feeding
Horses have turnout or Stall
Minimum of 6 hours weekly spent training
Additional time also spent grooming,
socializing ect.
Handling for farriers and veterinarian
Transportation available contact for rates
I prefer horses to be shod before entering in my
training program. In the event this is not possible.  I
will arrange to have my farrier come to shoe your
horse when it can be done safely. This is an expense
that must be paid for up front with  the training
down payment. Basic shoeing is $60.00 (additional
cost could incur)
Before enlisting in the
Need-A-Hand training program a
liability contract must be signed and
a down payment of $150, plus
additional farrier expenses, must
paid in advance.
The remaining balance is due the
end of every
30 day training period.

All horses in my training program gain the
experience of being in an unpredictable
environment. Whether they are going to the
show or hauling to the local trails I try to
expose your horse to as much as possible
while concentrating on their training.

Middle Tennessee State University
Bachelor Degree in Animal Science
with a concentration in
Equine Science

  • Colt Starting Focusing on creating a soft
    supple horse that is respectful on the
    ground and under saddle while
    enouraging a patient calm quiet
    demeanor.

  • Showing: Experience in Ranch Riding,
    Western Pleasure, Trail under saddle
    and In hand, Horsemanship, Barrels,
    and many others

  • Coaching:  fine tune your cues, improve
    your riding, Let me help you learn to get
    the most out of your horse while having
    a crisp show ring appearance.

  • Experience teaching youth and amateur
    riders

  • Tune Ups: Let me help you get your
    horse back on track
